Great prices on high quality materials. At first when I compared the prices of the Cabinetry they sold with Home Depot and Lowe's the prices seemed identical. Then I realized that they only sell all solid plywood construction cabinets, which are nearly twice as expensive at Home Depot and Lowe's. Double the quality for the same price or the same quality for a discounted price, take your pick. I would recommend the place to anyone.

We like this place because they always have good stuff and the most important thing is the awesome customer service . We were very lucky to deal with Razor on last Nov2020 to buy a kitchen and also over 900 sf engineered hardwood for our new house ,Razor made it very easy to us he helped us from a to z .The manager Tom was very helpful as well thank you guys .

Had a great experience. Bought 4 base cabinets for a work area. One was damaged when we went to assemble it. Repackaged and after a quick trip to the store they were able to locate another cabinet for us to pick up from the Cicero Home Outlet to exchange. Super friendly and extremely helpful staff.

Update 9/27/24 Chris, the manager, told me to come back when I was ready for counter tops. I ordered a sample from Formica, their new vintage pattern. Brought the sample and measurements and holy cow after a few minutes on phone to distributer, I placed my order. The price is phenomenal, includes the caps and trim kit! Please stop in to see Chris if you are thinking about upgrading or remodel. You won't be disappointed. By the way I got the pattern called "Boomerang". Best timing ever. Redoing my kitchen. First stop at Home Outlet and found returned upper and lower cabinets in perfect shape and an extremely reasonable cost!!! Customer Service lady was very helpful. I'm sorry I did not get her name. Came back a day later and bought one more base cabinet and found the matching cabinet at the Baldwinsville store!! I will be using them again when I'm ready to order my counter tops, special order. But they do have plenty precut counter tops at a great price to choose. Also a very good selection of cabinet hardware.

I would like to take this opportunity to wholeheartedly thank Tim Russell, Doug, Robin and Chris for the great/ distinguished/ first class service that they provided. They went far and beyond to take care of us and our home needs. Very product knowledgeable, courteous personalities and upholding their warranty (after service- 4 years later). Keep it up the four of you!!!

Bigger selection than you would think. Prices really are bargain compared to Home Depot or Lowe's. Staff is friendly, helpful and mostly knowledgeable. Worth stopping in! I will definitely use again

Worked with Tim to obtain a design and quotes for a kitchen remodel. Customer service was excellent. Turn around time for quotes was very fast. Overall, great customer service experience.
